As the hotel’s main F&B space, the Gastrohall at Paradisus Fuerteventura is designed as a generous, layered dining experience that moves from the depth of the interior toward the openness of the sea. Rather than treating the buffet as a purely functional element, the project turns it into the starting point of a spatial sequence, where materiality, seating, vegetation, and views guide the guest journey layer by layer.

A layout that unfolds gradually, leading guests from the heart of the buffet toward a terrace suspended between architecture and sea.

At its heart lies the kitchen, not only physically, but symbolically. The show-cooking areas and buffets are set at the deepest point of the space, in a cradle of volcanic textures. Black stone, dark mosaics, and grounded geometries evoke the island’s geological core, a modern-day cave where food is born in heat and shadow. The Gastrohall honours that legacy, transforming volcanic depth into culinary origin.
