The Plaza Hotel stands as a landmark in Doha, conceived from the outset in accordance with the principles of classical architecture. Proportion, symmetry, and architectural rhythm define the space, with columns acting as the primary elements shaping the composition and establishing a clear sense of balance and hierarchy.
Both the façade and the interiors are guided by harmonious proportions, drawing from the golden ratio to achieve a timeless coherence. A lighter palette in the main lobby enhances brightness, while internal openings maintain visual continuity with the central courtyard, introducing permeability and depth.
Circulation has been carefully reorganised to ensure clarity and ease of movement. Public flows are intuitive, with direct access to the retail areas, while two lateral lobbies structure the hotel’s layout, maintaining a clear visual connection with the lift cores. All F&B venues are organised through a single reception point, offering a clear and efficient system that guides guests seamlessly to the different restaurants.
Rich marble work, especially in the patterned flooring, together with chandeliers and detailed mouldings, complete the architectural language, enhancing a sense of depth, craftsmanship and timeless elegance.

The guest rooms continue the classical language of the project, with a strong emphasis on detail and craftsmanship. Walls and ceilings are enriched with decorative mouldings, adding depth and a sense of permanence to the space.
Furniture draws on clear classical inspiration, with turned wood elements and carefully composed pieces that reinforce the identity of the interiors. The colour palette combines balanced tones with more expressive accents, creating spaces that feel composed yet full of character.
Bathrooms, finished in highly veined marble, introduce a more expressive and luxurious atmosphere. The richness of the material enhances the spatial experience, turning these areas into a key moment of the stay.
