One of the bigger areas in the Samrya The Plaza Project is the all day dinning area for the hotel, a 1000 sqm meters F&B outlet.
Due to it's relevance in the programe, restaurant has been placed in the cortile, the center of the project. From here, it plays a connector role for all the different type of activities, visuals and usages throughout of the building. Therefore, one of the biggest challenge was to develop a high traffic restaurant layout which allows all other different crossing flows.
In the same way, furniture was configured creating different sort of scenes to host any kind of meals, encounters or but always giving prominence the architecture of the building. Even when the courtyard is covered by a XIX century alike roof, it was decided to keep an outdoor ambience. So, the surrounding indoor areas will still keep an external connection through it.
