The d'Iena 43 & 45 is a project for a boutique hotel in the middle of the parisian scene. So, the main challenge was to integrate two different full protected properties for this new purpose. Therefore, the emblematic buildings take a leading role over the furniture.

To preserve the original look n' feel, areas were adapted within the former lay out. Hence, usages were atomized into small scenes which flow throughout the building. Likewise, to harmonize and enhance the atmosphere materials were carefully selected. Such as the usage of shinny finishing for keeping the building's presence within its reflections.

In the same way, guestrooms were provided with sliding panels which divides or integrates the main room from the service areas. Even more, some of them are also given of a daybed with auxiliary tables in different heights to help dinning, working or coffee times.
